Learning and Accountability Enabler

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

While everyone at PFF has a role to play in our culture of learning and accountability, this role will hold primary responsibility for cultivating our Pacific feminist approach to learning and accountability within our team and with our partners and stakeholders. This role, and our organisational culture of learning and accountability, will be grounded in PFF’s Theory of Change and our Pacific Feminist Approach to Learning and Accountability.
