GRANT SUPPORT ENABLER

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Grants Support Enabler will support PFF’s Grants Enablers to implement PFF’s grant making program, ensuring that it aligns with PFF’s values. This includes facilitating due diligence, updating the Grants Management System and organizational database, and managing all other logistics and administration to guide PFF grant-making, including managing the Grants Appraisal Committee (GAC) and the Movement Validation Advisors (MVA), which in turn supports PFF’s resource mobilization and donor engagement strategy.

The role is both strategic and hands-on: conducting due diligence, building internal and partner capacity, and stewarding relationships with care and accountability. This role will not operate in a traditional “grants officer” model, but as a relational facilitator, bridge-builder, and feminist compliance manager, ensuring that the way we pursue and manage funding reflects our values and those of our partners.
