Our grants are aimed at supporting and enabling Pacific feminists, women’s rights organisations, LGBTQI+ and persons with disability to access funding across 23 Pacific Island countries.

Please note that we only recruit when there are vacant positions or roles needed for certain projects.  In these cases, we provide all necessary information for applications across social media and appreciate your attention to the details of our Job Advertisements and related TORs. We thrive in a vibrant culture of communicative and engaging processes and hope that individuals wishing to work with us exhibit the same levels of professionalism.

The Pacific Feminist Fund (PFF) is the first independent, Pacific-led fund dedicated to resourcing feminist movements across 23 Pacific Island countries and territories. Established in response to the chronic underfunding of women’s and gender-diverse organisations in the region, PFF delivers swift, flexible, and impactful support to grassroots changemakers at the frontlines of gender justice, human rights, and climate resilience.

Founded by and for Pacific feminists, PFF is grounded in the lived realities and priorities of the communities it serves. We aim to transform the funding landscape by mobilising resources that are accessible, responsive, and accountable to Pacific women, girls, and gender non-conforming people in all their diversity. PFF also advocates for systemic change in how funding reaches the region, ensuring that Pacific voices lead the agenda.
